HELLO, I’M ABBEY!
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Redondo Beach, CA, and I am supervised by Taylor Addison, LMFT (#130177). I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. My therapeutic approach is grounded in narrative therapy, where I explore the dominant stories that shape individuals' lives and identify unique outcomes within those narratives.
In my practice, I strive to cultivate a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. Together, we work toward growth and healing. I have a deep appreciation for working with clients from diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on adolescents, first responders, and athletes.
